Tech Werks Supports I-Devices and Roku Players

ASHEVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tech Werks now supports LIVE and On-demand video streaming for the I-Phone, I-Pod, I-Pad and Roku’s set top boxes. Tech Werks new EZCaster264-SDI, has HD/SD-SDI input, allowing LIVE and On-demand streaming of HD videos to the Roku set top player, I-phone, I-Pad, I-Touch, Androids and Windows Mobile devices.

“Tech Werks H.264 video streams can be played on any I-Device directly from a web page. But we are developing apps for the I-phone and Androids, which are customizable for each of our clients. These apps can include a custom media player, scheduling interface and direct links to web pages,” says Michael Gentilni, Lead Mobile Designer.

Tech Werks is developing several public channels for the Roku players. Tech Werks will be including their clients in these channels for free. For a small fee, Tech Werks will develop a channel exclusively for their clients.

Tech Werks is already under contract with The Gospel Broadcasting Network – http://www.bgntv.org, to ship an EZCaster-264, develop a Roku channel and an I-Phone and Android apps for their 24 hour network streaming on Tech Werks streaming network. Included in this channel, there will be sub channels for other Church Of Christ churches to broadcast on.

Tech Werks is currently under contract with Trinity Baptist Church of Asheville, NC – http://www.tbcasheville.org, to develop a Roku channel, an I-Phone app that will include a media player, scheduling program and Interface with Word Press. In addition, Tech Werks is also developing a 24/7 Internet radio channel.
