CATEGORIES

Categories, allow you to orginize your HTML pages by categories. You can then Embed each category into a seperate web page. If you are a video producer and have several clients, you can create a category for each client and give each client thier own HTML to embed in thier web site. A church, could have several categories, including an archive category or even a "Pasters Corner" category.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The first thing you have to do is define your categories. When you login to Tech Werks "SMART" on-line management software, click "Client Info", scroll to the bottom of the page.

Enter all the categories you want. You MUST use a "," (comma) to seperate your categories. By default, there is a category named, "ALL". When you Auto-Publish a video, it is added to the "ALL" category. After you entered all your categories, click "Update". You can add or delete categories when ever you want.

ADD VIDEOS TO CATEGORIES

From your account, click "VIDEOS", this list all yoru videos. find the video you want to edit, and click "EDIT".

Next to Category, click the arrow down, click on the category you want to put this video into. Remeber, to click Update Video.

Back on the "Videos" page, you can select a category, form the popdown menu. and the "videos" page will show you all the video in that category. Select category "ALL" to display all your videos.

With each video, you will also see "Category:" and the category that video is assigned to.
